Dr. Kavirani
Nadarajan Money

Dr. Kavirani Nadarajan Money is the resident doctor at Klinik Medi Royal, bringing together general practice, occupational health and wound care for patients, families and employers. Her approach connects everyday medical care with an understanding of workplace health, supported by experience across government healthcare and private primary care. She holds an MBBS from AIMST University and a master’s degree in Occupational Safety and Health Risk Management from Open University Malaysia, and is a registered Occupational Health Doctor.

Her clinical focus includes workplace medical assessments, general practice and wound care. She is pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy in Occupational and Environmental Health at the Faculty of Medicine, Universiti Sultan Zainal Abidin.

Her route into medicine began with a Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology, completed in 2008. She then studied medicine at AIMST University from 2008 to 2013. This foundation in laboratory science and medicine forms part of a career that now connects primary care with the health needs of people at work.

In occupational health, Dr. Kavi works with individuals and employers on fitness-for-work assessments, pre-employment and annual medicals, and examinations for specific workplace duties. Klinik Medi Royal offers arrangements both at the clinic and at company premises. Her Medical Review Officer training complements the clinic’s workplace drug and alcohol testing services.

Alongside occupational medicine, she provides general medical consultations and care for diabetic wounds, pressure sores, varicose ulcers, post-operative wounds and accident wounds. Assessment, dressing and follow-up are guided by each patient’s needs, with referral where appropriate. Home-visit services extend selected care to patients in Shah Alam, Klang and Subang by arrangement.
